Minnesota's governor and attorney general have decided to make an example of this single mother of four who is merely trying to save her livelihood and feed her daughters. But she doesn't plan to back down, because she knows that backing down is what gives tyrants the illusion of invincibility. So please consider supporting her financially for the coming storm... and if you're in the area, go visit her place Friday night.
And lastly, if you own a business that is shut down right now, please seriously consider opening immediately and defying the state's unconstitutional mandates. Larvita has shown us the way, let us follow and reopen this once great state!
This fund is to support the four girls... Avianna, Taliya, Sa'phi, and Cameen.
Update #5 January 27, 2021
Most of you have likely heard via the Reopen MN Coalition FB page, or elsewhere, but the state continues to go after Larvita, and just this week the judge increased the daily fine to $1000 and the Dept of Health has pulled her license. But she is staying strong, and thanks you all for your support!
Update #4 December 19, 2020
Hi friends... thank you so much for your support, it is inspiring!
Larvita's current situation is that she is not getting arrested, but she is incurring daily fines of $250 for remaining open. Thanks to this fund, we should be able to cover that for some time. But it's possible that the government will go after her again, so we'll see what happens.... stay tuned.
Update #3 December 17, 2020
Our governor, less than 24 hours after promising Minnesotans that his mandates won't get anyone arrested and it's not about enforcement, is attempting to have a judge incarcerate Larvita tomorrow afternoon, just in time for Christmas. That's where we're at. More to come... follow us on our Reopen Minnesota Coalition Facebook page for updates.
Update #2 November 30, 2020
Hi friends! I hope you all had a good Thanksgiving weekend. Larvita sure did! She had her event Friday night, with people driving from all over the state to support her. And just as importantly, no law enforcement officials visited, as the local sheriff refused to enforce the mandate and left her alone. She plans to continue being open, and so far has yet to be served any papers. But we anticipate that will be coming shortly.
In case you missed it, Larvita was on Fox News Saturday morning.
Update #1 November 25, 2020
Hi all! Thanks so much for your support in the first day of this campaign. Larvita is so appreciative! I wanted to give you all an update. If you haven't heard, she was called yesterday by the Attorney General's office again, this time to tell her that since she's refusing to cancel her event on Friday, they will be filing a lawsuit today against her (Read about it here.) Thanks again, and keep spreading the word!
