Introduction and Brief Update

Today, I'm frustrated to inform you that through some incredibly unethical (and likely unconstitutional) legal wrangling, Kenosha has managed to extradite Kyle. However, I am quite happy to inform you that this is only a temporary setback. First of all, let me assure you that Kyle is safe for the time being; he is being held in a secure location away from any individuals who might wish to do him harm and the team at #FightBack is working tirelessly to secure his release. I will provide an additonal update when they have secured such, but in the meantime, I am going to provide you all with the full text of the letter that Lin Wood sent out to Kyle's supporters. You may have already seen this letter thanks to the partnership between #FightBack and this fundraiser, so I would encourage you to either give here or at their website; both go to the same accounts.

Not every day will bring big news in our fight for Kyle Rittenhouse, but this is one of them.

Since his arrest, Kyle has been held in a juvenile facility in his home state of Illinois. Prosecutors have been fighting to extradite him to Wisconsin, and for a variety of reasons -- mainly his safety -- Kyle's criminal defense team has been trying to stop them.

Yesterday, a judge sided against Kyle. And just minutes later, he was unexpectedly transferred before he could exercise his statutory right of appeal.

We're now forced to vastly step up our fundraising, as Wisconsin doesn't allow for bail bond. Instead, $2 million must be paid in cash.

#FightBack needs to raise half of that by Monday afternoon. That's $1 million. I'll say this -- there are times we're going to require emergency donations, even if you've recently given. This is one of those times. Will you help Kyle with a donation now?

The 5 criminal defense attorneys that #FightBack helped to assemble for Kyle are doing great work. We are already raising money to cover all the necessary fees and expenses, but this bail requirement is a different animal. It means stepping on the gas.

In closing, let me be clear about one thing I believe down to my core -- some of our most basic principles, including the right to self-defense, are under direct threat. The mobs we've seen causing havoc on our streets are being given refuge and in some cases vocal support by radical politicians who share the same goals by other, less violent means.

These people are looking under every rock to find someone to make an example of, and in this case, it's Kyle Rittenhouse.

He is a political prisoner, and we're going to clear his name and get him home.

Finally, I encourage yall to get out and vote tomorrow for Donald Trump. President Trump is the only man who seems to have a chance at restoring order to the chaos that has befallen our great nation. I need not inform you about Joe Biden, his plans to disarm and persecute God-fearing Americans, or the rank corruption that he (and his son's laptop) represents. Our nation deserves better.
