It all started when I realized that the four walls around us were no longer sheltering me and my five beautiful kids—they were slowly turning into a hole in the wall. This place, meant to be safe and warm, has been anything but for two long years now. The landlords? Well, they just didn’t care... or so it seemed.

We were left in the cold—literally! My kids huddled under layers of blankets while I battled with property managers who shrugged off our the needs of this house. My heat stays on 90 they don’t care and won’t compensate for it either

I have always been the one offering support, helping friends in need, volunteering at community centers—doing everything I could to make life brighter for others. But now that it was me needing a hand up... well, you can imagine how difficult it felt. 😔

That’s why I’m reaching out today. Here we are, standing on the brink of homelessness with nowhere else to turn except all of YOU—strangers who might just be feeling generous or moved by our plight. Your donations aren’t just money; they’re lifelines for my kids and me. They mean warmth when there is none, a solid roof overhead that doesn’t leak like tears from heaven above.
