To make matters even worse, our car died today.  Just gave up and quit.  We had to get it towed then beg a ride home from the mechanic.   Dear God what next?  Not sure how much more either of us can take. I am supposed to go to little rock, 2 hours away on Tuesday for a monthly check up on my wound  guess I'll have to take a taxi. Please God send help, I sure need it again

 I have had all 5 toes amputated on my right foot, unable to work.

I have been out of work since September 2025. I have had 8 surgeries, facing at least 2, possibly 3 more. I have medical bills of $15000, ambulance bills $1000, not to mention the normal bills for my home. This was totally unexpected and I'm still not able to bare weight on the foot. I am not sure when or if I will be able to return to work. Yes, I have applied for social security disability but that's a very slow process.

It pains me to have to "beg" for help but here I am, PLEASE HELP.
