English:

We are writing to you with an urgent request, Almost six years ago, Yousaf Sarfraz and his wife Maryam with their 3 kids named Nimra, Allessandro and Antonio left their home in Pakistan fleeing Islamic Extremists who had threatened their lives because Yousaf led an organization that helped Christians youth.

We met this family in 2018 in Thailand. and they invited us for dinner in just a room. This is a family that we are very close to and love very much.

Thus, since August 2013 they are refugees in Thailand, an organization helps them a little. In Thailand neither of them are legally allowed to work or be paid. Throughout the last six years, their family has faced the constant risk of imprisonment in one of Thailand's worst prisons, a prison which regularly holds children as well as adults.

The situation is extremely serious, and they are asking to be accepted as refugees in Canada.
alhough they have faithfully served the Lord  and gives many hours in church ministry   Bangkok, their lives in Thailand have been full of fear and hardship. They had just enough money to make it to Thailand, but not much else.

When we returned home, we made several attempts to find a way to support them. In Quebec, quotas are being met and we are waiting for the government to release new quotas. However, we recently found an organization in Ontario (http://internationalchristianvoice.com/icv/) that has quotas from the federal government and would agree to apply. However, $ 32,300 is required to file the application to demonstrate the financial capacity to support a family of refugees with three children.

The BBC has also reported on this situation in Thailand. The report can be seen via this Youtube link:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9D0LxdA4uhM

World watch monitor report

This is an opportunity for a brand new life for their family, in which they will finally be able to provide for their children and live in safety.
At this point the task seems immense, but we are confident that the God who has protected Sarfraz and his family so far can also provide for this need.

If you can give any amount, would you please consider helping this family begin a new life? Even the smallest amount can make a difference to get this started.  A small amount as 10$ gets us closer to the objective.  If we can get 3230 x 10$, our goal will be achieved.  This is a serious opportunity to help directly without administration fees being involved (this being said, the gifts are processed with WePay that keeps 2.9%).  All exceding amount or not used for this cause will be used to sponsor other families or help directly in Thailand.

I really appreciate your help and gift for this family. Thank you for your support.

Samuel Martin.
