My name is Imtiaz Riaz. I belong to Faisalabad district of Punjab province, Pakistan. I was born in a poor Christian family where I saw a lot of poverty and hardship around me. I saw my parents working tirelessly to educate me and earn a living. I am 30 years old. I have completed my graduation.

Having seen poverty and hardships so closely, I always wondered why the Christian community was so poor, distressed, and suffering from hunger and poverty. So I came to the conclusion that there were not enough opportunities for Christians to progress in Pakistan. Sometimes I would even think of leaving Pakistan and trying to go abroad to America or a country in Europe to improve my future. But then I would think, what good would my studies and my life be to my Christian community if they couldn't benefit from it?

I saw children working in brick kilns without clothes or shoes, widows being enslaved in a state of begging, and the future of our young men burning in fire and dust, and my heart would cry tears of blood out of helplessness.

So after completing my studies, I started teaching children. I provide free education to poor and orphaned children and from the income generated from the children who are able to pay fees, I buy ration clothes for children, widows and the poor.

I need special help and support from all my Christian brothers and sisters around the world at this time. No one can imagine that the Christian community in Pakistan is not in a good position in the generational slavery that is going on in the brick kilns. The extent to which they are being exploited is beyond anyone's imagination. If we people don't care about them, how will we answer God? Together we can all help make their lives better. So go ahead and join my hand with your support and help Christians.

My mission is that every orphan and poor child living in Pakistan should get a good education, be well-clothed and well-fed, and have good health. Every widow should be able to live in her own home with dignity and run her own household, and every youth should be skilled so that the chains of slavery can be broken.
