We are a family of four: two adults and two daughters. Currently, we live in a small town near a big city, but we dream of having our own home.

In our town, there are schools, but they are overcrowded, forcing us to drive our kids to the city for education. Every day, we spend 4 hours on the road—two hours each way. The children are exhausted, coming home late and having to do homework right away. We go to bed close to midnight and wake up at 5 AM (the kids at 6 AM).

Over the past two years, radically aggressive people have moved into our town—it’s become unsafe to walk outside in the evenings. Many newcomers have formed hostile groups targeting locals, making the area increasingly dangerous.

A lot of our money goes toward gas (which isn’t cheap) and car maintenance (public transportation would take even longer).

Meanwhile, even a modest apartment in the city costs around $300,000.

We can’t get a loan right now but are saving for a down payment—though our income isn’t enough yet. Once we secure a mortgage and move into a new apartment, we plan to sell our car to help pay off part of the loan.

Why is this so important to us?

• Our children need stability: good schools, a safe neighborhood, and their own rooms for studying and playing.
•  We need a permanent home—no more renting or moving constantly.

Why are we asking for help?

Buying even a modest apartment requires hundreds of thousands of dollars. We’re working, saving, and exploring options, but:
