Family pet emergency vet charges

I am a disabled veteran, I am

My reason for the givesendgo.com fundraising, I do not have the funds to cover my emergency veterinary care services for a “dog on dog” attack on my 9-year-old male dog. On the morning of March 28, 2023, my male dog (Bob Jr) had been attacked by an (African-American) neighbor's Rottweiler in my front yard. The Rottweiler was left unattended, leached to a “No Parking” sign post. The African-American male neighbor had left the scene of the attack after he was able to get control of his girlfriend’s dog. 30 days had already passed before the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety was able to locate the owner of the Rottweiler. The leading officer had filed an inaccurate report, with multiple issues. The owner of the Rottweiler (Dawn Ziegler, uneducated) was not held responsible within the Kalamazoo County District Court, because “she was not walking the dog.” I had made an attempt to filed a case against the individual who was walking the dog, but Dawn (owner of dog) had submitted a false name on the police report. Dawn had given the name of Jeremiah Spicer (African-American), which is the brother of the suspect (different mothers). I have been doing my best to locate Jeremy Spicer (actually suspect, African-American), but have been unable to locate his home address. The local police department has no interest in charging Dawn with making the false statement nor searching for Jeremy. I believe that Jeremy works at a KFC restaurant in Portage.

I did file a complaint with the Office of Professional Standards department regarding the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety officer and the process. I did receive an acknowledgment letter from the Office of Professional Standards, with evidence of the inaccuracy of the case report. I have made multiple attempts to recover my funds through the Kalamazoo County Courts.

I have struggled to make the monthly payments on the emergency veterinary services bill of $1504.00 on my disability income. I have already lost $536.00 from the court costs/public services to date, in my attempt to recover the funds. I have currently run out of time to file with the courts,

I am a Disabled Veteran on a limited income, seeking assistance with an emergency Veterinary bill.

I see all these stories, where Christians will donate funds to the most racist individuals on givesendgo. So, I added the suspect’s skin color to help the Christians to donate to my story.
