Growing weary and discontent with the modern way of living, a longing for simpler times is getting stronger inside me each passing day. What better way to live that kind of a  life, than being a duke! All i really need is a small little castle or a mansion. And luck be on my side i have found a perfect one called Castle Freudenau. Built in the 17th century, it has since served as a home to many dukes and counts. Its last owner Julius Meinl, was at that time the biggest coffee merchant in the Austro Hungarian empire. Forced to leave under the Nazi Germany occupation, he never returned. The Nazis took possession of the castle till the end of the war, when the communist regime nationalized it and turned it into an agricultural commune non profit which seized its operation almost 25 years ago. Since then, the castle has been abandoned and turned into a decrepit state. 

Help me bring my vision to life of becoming a duke and revive the values and virtues of centuries passed. I want to slowly restore this castle and its surroundings to be worthy again of loyal subjects, to which i plan on providing prosperity, comfort and safety. Anyone who wishes to join me and live the life our forefathers have lived, will be able to come and live of the land. Warming yourself with a wood fire furnace, drawing fresh water straight from the well or foraging in the forest, simpler times.. 

I would invite every patron who would choose to support my noble cause to come and visit me any time and receive a grand reception! You are also welcome to become a subject of my duchy of course!

After establishing myself as a duke, i commit myself  to using my influence strictly for humanitarian purposes and endeavours, that would further the well being of the people in my duchy and beyond its borders throughout the country and lands.
