My husband has been arrested for using his first amendment rights on a FB post. They arrested him at his job on an outrageous charge of "Terroristic threats and acts". He was denied bond because they "consider him a threat to society, scared of his Marine Corp training", and that "they've seen Marines in large groups go after one guy." My husband was a helicopter mechanic in the Marine Corp, not a grunt. He does NOT have a violent criminal history at all, his ties to our community is strong, and we've always made friends with anyone we've ever met. My husband, who I've been married to for 15 years, is the sole provider of our family. All he wants to do is be released so he can go back to work and provide for us again. My husband is everything to us, and we miss him so much! My children are crying every night for their father to be home. Help me to bring their father, my husband home again!
