A personal caregiver for 7 years and suddenly my lady client is hospitalized causing her caregiving team to have to look for employment elsewhere. With bills coming due only days away, two of which includes a car payment and auto insurance and no income coming in to pay those bills, I stand a chance of losing my only transportation to get around in in my rural town. It's also my means of looking for a job and getting to a job. Plus, my mother is 89 and wants me to be ready to move out of her house should something happen where she needs to suddenly vacate it in the near future. I have only ever earned enough to live on and pay my bills, but not save that much. I managed to save around $8,000.00 over the years to prepare to move into my own space but lost it due to a dental emergency that wasn't covered by my dental insurance. That forced me to use my entire savings. I still owe $200 for a mouthguard that I haven't been able to pay for these past few months. I never ask for help and I have been in tough spots in my life being single these past 22 years, but this time I need to humble myself and seek assistance to pay my bills for the next 2-3 months until I locate another job. I am almost 68-years old with no retirement pension to sustain me. Social Security isn't enough to pay my expense by half either. I have made over a dozen calls and have sent emails to various people who I believe could help me find work, but everyone has told me there isn't anyone who needs caregiving at this time. The first of November is fast approaching and my car payment is coming due on Nov. 5th. My auto insurance is due on the 9th. They are auto-draftwd from my checking account of which I have no money to pay these bills or the rest of my monthly expenses. Please help me keep my car and credit in good standing for at least 3 months. My goal is to find work, to pay my bills, and to earn enough to move out into my own place within the next 6 months or year. Thank you in advance for your assistance and generosity in advance. I promise that I will use all donated funds to pay my bills first and foremost for 3 months, which equates to approximately $7500.00. I still need about $5,000 to move out with.
