Exiting Administrative Process Frustration

A Quiet Exit with Clean Conscience

I am raising $400 to cover the fine associated with docket #3501-2022 and related disability-access costs incurred during this process. This is not a campaign of vengeance. It is a final act of truth, restraint, and community burden-bearing.

I have tremendous respect for the God-given role and responsibility of the civil magistrate. My faith calls me to obey civil authority when it does not require disobedience to God. I am a firm believer in “do not trespass, do no harm.”

In this matter, I maintain that I did neither. I also maintain that my requests for ADA accommodations were explicit and that the totality of my visible and invisible disabilities were exacerbated through this administrative process. My voice was silenced, my due process was denied, and my witnesses were harmed or not present.

In spite of these harms, I have sought to stand on truth, honor, and respect for God’s calling to civil authority. I am now choosing a path of closure in this specific case while maintaining my objections and my conscience before God.
