We are raising funds to provide winter survival kits for the unhoused neighbors living in Richmond Virginia. Here in Richmond we have a housing state of emergency going on. There are not enough shelters to provide beds to everyone who needs them. During extreme weather events we go out into the streets and provide livesaving essential products such as blankets, sleeping bags, gloves, hats,coats, hand warmers, and emergency tents. We also provide motel rooms to families with children and the elderly who are sleeping outside in freezing weather. We need your help to make sure nobody dies as a result of the elements. Please open your hearts and help us help them with the gift of warmth.
