UNAVAILABLE
In a courtroom battle from March to May 2024, witness testimony and physical evidence demonstrated that Kern Community College District administrators retaliated against disfavored viewpoints through due process violations and unjustified disciplinary action. After KCCD lost the courtroom battle, they sought a settlement. We are now suspending the fundraiser. Thank you for your support in prayers, meals, and financial donations. This triumph would not have been possible without you. Thank you!
