Apologies for the lack of updates! Things have been very busy.

First, the entire Grant family wants to thank every single person who has prayed for Sarah, donated to this fund, brought delicious dinners, helped us with childcare, procured necessary items for the kids that we were too busy with hospital things to get out and shop for, hunted down breastmilk for Beatrix, sent flowers to the house, had masses and spiritual bouquets set up. Thank you and may God reward you! You are also each in our families prayers and sacrifices.
Sarah and Beatrix were released from the hospital last week. Sarah was supposed to stay in bed for a week and heal up the rest of the way from her surgery, but we have to either tie her down or put or her in a straitjacket because she keeps trying to get up and do mom-stuff.
As a result, moms and friends from our parish and surrounding parishes have been coming to our house to help watch toddlers and clean the house so Ryan can work, and give Sarah the peace of mind she needs to just stay in bed.
Primary concerns at this point are that the blood clot that developed in her chemo port line dissolves without incident (Sarah was put on Lovenox injections twice a day to facilitate this), and that the one stubborn little part of her c-section incision will heal over completely.
Appointments and discoveries and all the big stuff has been scheduled for the 18th, so please, dear friends, keep praying that we have positive news, miraculous healing, and that Sarah is restored to us in better health than she ever was in.

So far we are still in the hospital, trusting God's Providence. Sarah is going through many tests and treatments for some short-term issues, and we're still prayerfully waiting for information on longer term ones.

Beatrix, however, is doing awesome! Every time the peds set her an ultimatum she meets it, she's eating well, moving well, astounding doctors with her strength and determination.

We thank God for a healthy, happy baby, and now humbly beg God for a fully-healed, happy health mama.

Thank you everyone who has contributed prayers or finances, this is very, very difficult for our large family, but you are lifting some of the burdens for us and we are actively offering up these sacrifices and many prayers for you. God bless!
