Troy Birdsong was many things to many people—husband, father, son, brother, friend, and mentor. His loss leaves us all confused and with a deep gaping hole in our lives. However, in the spirit of Troy, we know that we must persevere and "keep moving forward."
As most of you know, Troy was a diabetes warrior, fighting the long battle against Type One Diabetes daily. And as many of you also know, as an entrepreneur and someone with a chronic lifelong health condition, life insurance is not always easy to come by. To support his family as they cope with the very unexpected loss of Troy, we are asking for monetary donations in any amount to aid them in the coming days, weeks, and months as they sort out the various administrative costs, medical bills, etc., that will inevitably keep coming. We are grateful for any contribution; we know they will ease some of the difficulty and frustration that can often accompany this process.
