I have had friends and relatives suggest that I set up an account so that many like them can support me in my fight to protect my 1st Amendment Rights. I am limiting my statements to items that are now public record or part of my federal court filed complaint. After watching the first day of the DNC convention on Aug 17, 2020, I sent a private Facebook post to only 12 selected  friends and relatives from my personal private account that only lists my name and age in my profile.

     Two days after my post a former coworker in the same school district received an "edited version" of the post. (Words were added and other words misspelled that made it offensive.) This person was not one of the group I sent my original post to. The employee took a screenshot of the post and shared with three other employees, without my permission or consent. A violation of federal privacy law and copy right law. The altered post screenshot was then given to my employer. A half hour after getting the screenshot of the altered post I was called at my home that evening and told I was being placed on leave for "unprofessional conduct" due to the post and I was not allowed on any district property, not allowed to communicate with any staff, student, or parents. These restrictions remained until mid June of 2021.          I explained my post was done on my own device, on my own time, it was a private, not public post, and that it was 1st amendment protected speech. They acted as if they did not care and stated "well we got it and this is serious". This began an unjustified attack on my 30+ year career that caused, and continue to damage my reputation, income, career, social and emotional suffering and health. In my 30+ years with this district I never had any discipline issues and all my evaluations were at or above standard. The district refused to honor my 1st amendment rights and continued to smear my reputation as well as (in my opinion) violate other rights, over 50 due process violations, privacy violations and state laws in the process of their year long "investigation". They fabricated false allegations and took other statements way out of context to cover their violations of my rights. Most recently they implied that I was racist and anti special needs students. They also, in my opinion based on my research, violated state laws and my due process rights, but no one seems to care.  I have multiple documents that are time stamped that prove their false allegations.        I could not take legal action until I followed the entire district process. They demoted me to a teacher position and I lost my administration job as well as being "black balled" in the state. We filed our complaint in federal court on Aug 23, 2021. The local news companies did a short but highly biased report that made it look like I committed a violation, only cited the "edited version" and did not mention any of the school district's violations. This action by the district is a clear violation of my first amendment rights and has cost me my assistant principal position, 1/3 of my income, 2 months without any pay, growing legal fees and more. Our savings funds are gone as we used them to cover our legal costs and bills due to this issue and a loss of income. 

To date we have requested a TRO but were denied, and yes the press biased reporting it and still did not contact my attorney or me.  The district filed for immunity for the superintendent and board members who were personally named along with the district in my lawsuit.  They lost it in district court.  They appealed to the 9th district and again lost.  Suprise, none of this made the news.  Now, almost 6 years into this horror we are still working against this bias system.

Both sides then filed for summary judgement and without any oral argument being allowed and without legal reason (based on my research) the judge dropped the case.  We filed an appeal to the 9th district which again without any legal support by facts they denied the appeal. We filed an appeal to the SCTUS and they denied to review the case.

Aside from our civil case I am astonished that it seems no one to date is willing to file criminal charges for the actions of the district, their counsel, their witnesses, and the media. Based on my research they have many violations.  Lies in federal cases is 2-5 year minimum.  I am lookimg into other legal routes and use of State laws and fedral criminal charges but am out of funds and have loans to cover from what we have done.

I am a proud man and have a hard time reaching out, but we need help. The district has endless funds so I need help to level the playing field for myself and others that may have suffered similar treatment by this district. Please send what you can to help me fight this clear violation of my 1st amendment and what appears to be an attempt to cancel culture me because of my political opinion. I thought I lived in the United States of America. I will update when changes or events occur. Please share with others who could also help us in this fight. Also, with the recent election result I hope this conduct will be exposed and all citizens can be protected from violations of their rights, regardless of their political views.
