Hi, I’m Roger Garza, author of the website “The Trinity – Delusion or Truth?” – which is a defense of the Trinity doctrine found at trinitydelusion.org. I was an elder in an independent church (Champaign Living Gospel) until my retirement.
Funds raised will be used to create an online forum where Jews and Christians can exchange ideas. They will also be used to promote a soon to be published book called “The Third Day,” which makes the case that the Messianic Age is ready to begin if Jews and Christians can find a way to join forces as Romans 11 proclaims that they will.
The title is taken from Hosea 6:2 “After two days he will revive us; on the third day he will raise us up.” Donations will initially be used to secure home office space from which I will promote the message of this book in every way I possibly can according to the level of support I can get. If the funds are there, I also plan to put put out music and videos that promote the message of the book; if they aren’t, I will still try to do it but it will take longer.
The Third Day is primarily a book of Christian apologetics; it starts out by defending the accuracy of the New Testament resurrection accounts and then moves on to argue for the unity of the Old and New Testaments. The doctrine of the Trinity, the deity of Christ, and alleged contradictions both between the Old and New Testament and within the New Testament are also discussed. The book then moves to a point by point response to Rabbi Tovia Singer’s “Let’s Get Biblical” books, after which it explains why I believe that Law and Gospel are complementary and why I believe the Messianic Age is indeed upon us. It concludes by arguing that the true Church has been good for the world.
This is a time of hope, and we who are Christians and Jews will very soon find the unity that we have never had before. When Jews and Gentiles come together as one in the worship of true God, the Resurrection will be upon us, as it implies in Romans 11:15, and the Messianic Age will begin, as described in Isaiah 2:1-4 and Micah 4:1-4.
God is patient but He will not wait for us forever; the Messianic age will arrive. As the phrase goes, “we can do it the easy way, or we can do it the hard way.” I am here to try and convince people, lets do it the easy way if we can! I am calling on my fellow Christians and on Jews to reach out to each other in ways we never have before. It will be a time of distress for those who hate what is good, but a time of great joy for those who love God (Matthew 13:40-43).
“Unless the LORD builds a house, they who build it labor in vain” – Psalm 127:1. If we put the Kingdom of God first, a lesser but still important side effect is that all the political problems in America and in the world – the corruption, the wars, the hatred – will begin to clear up miraculously. “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and all these things will be added to you,” (Matthew 6:33). And so it will be that “All Israel will be saved” (Romans 11) and that “The law will go out from Zion And the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.”
If you are able to help, I think you will not be disappointed. Did you know that we can actually hasten the coming of day of God (2 Peter 3:12)? At the appointed time, and that time might be now, we can be the generation that witnesses the beginning of the Messianic Age. Thank you for your support, and God bless you all!,
