Brian is a Minneapolis Minnesota resident, a US citizen, a father of 4, a business owner, and a patriot. He is being held as a political prisoner, and has been since June 11th 2021 for the January 6th rally. His eldest son, who is only 19, has been left to handle everything at home since his father has been taken away. Everything from mortgage payments, to credit card bills, to even selling the house, all in an attempt to pay for an attorney. He, along with everyone else in Brian's family, needs him home, and your donation can bring him that much closer. All help is appreciated. Thank you, The Mock Family

Update #6b

....CONTINUED

I have been self sufficient my entire life and it pains me to admit and ask for help but this is where I find myself. I promise those who have helped and those who continue to do so that your support and your prayers are not and will not be in vain. I promise to always speak the truth and to fight for justice, not only for myself but all those, not just J6ers but all who have faced injustice at the hands of our government and judicial system. If the world knew the truth, if the world could see the evidence that actually exists of that day and knew the extent of the evidence that is being withheld from the public and the Defendant's in these cases, there is no doubt in my mind that the public outcry would be so overwhelming that the DOJ would be forced to dismiss all of these cases. Please continue to help not only myself but all of those who are facing persecution. My mission now and forever is to bring the truth to light.

The light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it. -John 1:5

Update #6a

Greetings fellow Patriots!

This is my first update since my release on bond a few weeks ago following 347 days of pre-trial detention. I want to thank each of you for your financial support, prayers and letters throughout this ordeal. Without each of you, I would not have been able to hire a lawyer to file the bond motion necessary to gain this semblance of freedom.

Make no mistake, we are winning! This has never been more evident than by the hoax we witnessed last Thursday evening by the J6 committee. The establishment is panicking and are forced to double and triple down on the false narrative of J6. The attempts to control the narrative and bury the truth is not working. Every day more evidence supporting my statements in my motion to dismiss my indictment last Fall are coming to light. Lawyers are working to force the DOJ into a position with no possible victory. They must turn over all their evidence or these cases will be dismissed. If the evidence is turned over, the cases will be dismissed. Again, we are winning.

This efforts necessary to win do not come without a substantial cost. Many of us have had our lives ruined by these prosecutions and many remain in horrifying conditions awaiting trial. Make no mistake, our civil rights have been so egregiously violated that to start listing them would take days. We still need your help. I am pseudo-free at the moment but a year in Federal custody has wiped me out financially and I'm facing foreclosure on my home and repossession of my vehicle if something doesn't change soon. I still have a long legal battle ahead of me and my lawyer took on this case with the promise that I would continue to raise funds for that defense.

Update #1 - Thank you to everyone who has supported me and all the Jan 6ers!

Good news, I have been released from solitary confinement. I was placed in there for months despite the fact that I have no disciplinary infractions the entire time I have been in the DC jail. I have been assaulted numerous times, threatened even more and had my Civil Rights egregiously violated. I stood in open court and stated that prolonged exposure to solitary confinement is defined as torture by international law. Within 48 business hours, the jail, in an effort to cover themselves legally, placed me back in the unit with the other Jan 6 detainees.

I still have not had access to my Discovery.  My trial date has been set for April. I really have no ability to file motions before the deadline imposed by the court. There is no chance I will receive a fair trial. I would love to proceed Pro Se if I could have proper access to the court and to my Discovery.

However, the DOJ had no interest in having anything resembling a level playing field. In fact, a Representative for the jail admitted to losing virtually all of the flash drives containing my evidence.  As a result, I have retained outside council. I am still in the process of fund-raising efforts to get him fully paid but hopefully now some truth can start being exposed about my case.

Everyone is excited and supportive of the trucker convoy converging upon DC. We need every Patriot to stand up, speak out, demanding the truth and total transparency in every branch of government and every agency. We the people are citizens not subjects! The government works for us and it\'s time WE, the collective boss, demand accountability from the employees who supposedly work on our behalf. Stand together and act now!

I\'m so overwhelmingly proud of those who are organizing, speaking out and acting out for all of our freedom. God bless all of my fellow Patriots! I hope to be able to meet many of you soon...
