My name is Elias Costianes, I gave my life to Christ when I was 9 and continue to give God the glory and have recently voluenteered almost 200 hours of my time at Dinosaur Adventure Land with Dr. Kent Hovind using my talents of film making to help their ministry.
I am not a hugly political person I voted for Obama (because I wanted change) in 2008, didn't vote in 2012 or 2016 but when I saw the evil and the persicution of President Trump I decided I was going to make sure and vote and attend a few of his rallies for 2020. One of which being Janurary 6th. Without getting into too many details as I am now actively battling 3 legal cases, I went to DC for 4 days after work to attend the rally and gather content for a story I have been working on about the 2020 election for my YouTube channel. I currently have just under 10k subscribers and an entire "Stop the Steal" playlist with almost 40 videos on it (YouYube has deleted many of them).
In a nutshell I went out that day around 7am to get some B roll for my channel, I attended the rally at the elipse, and then when up to the Capital after Trump was done speaking. To be clear I had zero thoughts or intentions of ever going to the Capital unitl the President said that we were all going to march down Pennsylvania Ave to the Capital and he was going to go with us. So once his speech was over I made the 30 minute walk to the Capital where I stood about 100 yards away and just recorded what was happening. This was about 2pm. Then I saw all of these people making their way up the stairs to go into the Capital and felt an obligation to record and document the craziness that was happening. I walked past at least 12 police and not one person said, stop, no, or dont come in here.
I was only there for about 30 minutes gathering content for my channel, I didn't break, steal, or harm anyone (I actually told people not to steal when i heard some people yelling "take the laptops, take the paperwork, take everything"). I walked out on my own accord as I felt things were getting a little crazy and I should leave, no one told me to go. I walked back to the hotel around 4pm and saw all of the reporting on the news and was shocked. I didnt even see a fist fight when i was there ( I did see some shoving ) but all in all everyone was very peaceful it was more like a polotical woodstock that a riot or insurrection.
I was raided by the FBI February 12th for walking around the Capital, about 18 agents in full swat with machine guns through flash bangs though the back glass door and then proceeded in to arrest me and then spend hours going through my house and taking a bunch of my things and all my electronics. A month later a grand jury indicted me and then I was fired from my job. I was selling new homes and at the point they fired me I had about 6 million dollars worth of homes under contract that I didnt get paid anything for. It was very ironic being fired as literally the week before I had just participated in the Presidents Club Awards Ceremony for 2020 that I won. Only myself and one other person in the enitre state of Maryland won this award.
Since then my life has been a total nightmare! I now have the state of Pennsylvania coming after me for back taxes for 3 years in PA but i only lived there for a year. And now even worse, last week my attorney called me to say that there is a warrant out for my arrest and i am now being charged for felony drug use/distribution 20 year felony and illegal weapons 10 year felony on top of my current charges which is a 20 year felony for interuupting congress while the vice president is there ( congress was interupted at 2:14pm per my attorney yet i was outside with my back to the capital taking videos for my youtube channel at 2:18 pm no even in the building). I had a little marijuana in my cup holder that they found (even though it is decriminalized in MD and many people have perscriptions, and it is completly legal in DC for recreational use) there is an old federal law about marijuana classifing it as a schedule 1 narcotic like heroin or meth and using this old law they are doubling down on the persicution and personal attacks.
When the FBI raided me back in Feburary they tore the labrum in my shoulder and i still need surgury. I paid the $2,000 in insurance deductibles from my original treatments, MRI, and physical therapy but i still need surgury so please pray that i can find another job and get my health insurance back. I have basically sold all my assest, liquidated retirements, and now living on my credit cards as I try to navigate this as best as I can.
