Dear Friends, Family, and Community,

From July 4–11, 2026, I will be participating in a weeklong mission trip to the Dominican Republic with the DR Mission Team and The Journey Community Church. The DR Mission Team partners with local ministries to serve communities through practical outreach, ongoing programs, and faith-based support.

This mission trip is an important step of faith for me and is deeply rooted in my Christian beliefs. I feel called to serve beyond my comfort zone and to support children, families, and local ministries through compassionate, Christ-centered service. I am prayerfully approaching this opportunity with the hope of offering encouragement, humility, and love while supporting the meaningful work already taking place in these communities.

Service Activities During the week, I will assist with a variety of outreach efforts, which may include:

• Children’s Ministry: Supporting programs through Bible lessons, crafts, music, games, and relational engagement.

• Medical Outreach: Assisting with basic medical clinics by helping with organization, patient flow, and care distribution.

• Community Projects: Participating in small construction, repair, painting, or improvement projects for homes, churches, and community spaces.

While specific assignments may vary, my commitment is to serve faithfully wherever needed.

To participate in this mission trip, I am raising funds to cover travel, lodging, program fees, and ministry supplies. Support can be offered in the following ways:

Any funds raised beyond my required expenses will be donated directly to the DR Mission Team to further support their ongoing work and partnerships.
