Christmas Come True (CCT) is a Flagler County non-profit 501-c3 established in 2009.

Innovative Community Resource Solutions (ICRS) is a division of Christmas Come True, which extends the mission that began in 2009 to help At-Risk families. These at-risk families suffer from medical and economic challenges.

Since 2020, ICRS has provided opportunities for Creators, Innovators, and Visionaries in Flagler County. ICRS will be a diversified, multi-generational peer-to-peer collaborative center that donates time and experience to make Flagler County a flourishing community of small businesses. ICRS will give individuals the tools and skills to build careers and businesses otherwise unavailable in our community.

Today, CCT strives to help families throughout the year. Since 2009, CCT has served more than 1,970 families with over 10,000 children. In order to achieve our goals, we work closely with the Flagler County School System, Flagler Beach, Bunnell, and Palm Coast City Leadership teams, many local churches, the Flagler Police Department, and local networking and community organizations.

Begin Again Home Goods Store, a fundraising arm for CCT, is a resale shop, staffed by CCT volunteers, which gives CCT the ability to donate furniture, beds, and bedding to our At-risk families throughout the year. This will continue to be a year-round division and will also be located at the Christmas Come True collaborative center.

For the last 15 years, we have struggled to find at least 10,000 sq. ft. for our distribution operations to receive, sort, wrap, and deliver the clothes, shoes, food, books, computers, toys, and bicycles to “gift” to our clients during our Annual Christmas Campaign.

Currently, we have been researching a location with 8812 sq. ft. to support and ensure the future growth of CCT which would provide us with a year-round collaborative center.

We have an opportunity to turn our need for our Christmas workspace into a future Christmas Come True collaborative center that would benefit our existing clients and expand our mission to include education, entrepreneurial support, photography, podcasting, cooking, sewing, life skills, product creation, concert, and rental event venues all in one location.

Together we can create a unique, community-supported collaboration to drive local businesses, create jobs, and amplify our residents' knowledge and expertise. The expense and risk of failure for many entrepreneurs will be minimized by providing an incubator space where education, inspiration, support, and expert guidance can be easily accessed at the CCT collaborative center. Products can be created from ideation to initial sales and marketing through our in-house store, Begin Again Home Goods.

The Christmas Come True Collaborative Center will give Flagler County At-Risk Families and our youth a resource to facilitate creative ideas into purposeful lives.
