The refusal of a visa is an unprecedented move by a Western democracy against a journalist, mother, and human rights advocate – and it cannot go unchallenged.

 Candace is taking her case to the High Court of Australia (equivalent to the US Supreme Court) to fight this unlawful and politically motivated decision. But mounting a High Court challenge is costly – and that’s where you come in. This GiveSendGo campaign, created by Candace's tour promoter, is not affiliated with any political party and is run by private citizens committed to fairness and free speech.

100% of all donations will be used exclusively for legal expenses associated with Candace Owens’ High Court challenge against the Australian Government’s refusal to grant her a visa.

 Funds will not be received by Candace Owens or any member of her team personally. Instead, all donations will be deposited into a specially designated Australian bank account managed solely for the purpose of covering legal costs (court filing fees, legal representation, related professional expenses). Regular updates will be provided via this page to ensure transparency and accountability as the case progresses.

 If the legal action concludes and there are unused funds remaining, all surplus funds will be either:

•        Donated to a registered Australian free speech or civil liberties legal fund, or

•        Used for further legal actions defending similar cases related to freedom of speech and constitutional rights in    Australia, subject to donor majority approval.
