Hello fellow patriots! My name is Josh, I run the Social Media Handle Black Diamond Josh and I am a proud defender of the Second Amendment. I also run Black Diamond Guns and Gear on every Platform Imaginable. I am reaching out to you today because I need your help in a legal battle that has left me with some hefty court and legal fees. I basically got sued for shooting Videos on my own Property. As a resident of the great state of Tennessee, I believed that my rights as an American citizen were protected by the Constitution and my state's status as a Second Amendment sanctuary state. However, my neighbor didn’t like that I ran a YouTube channel. They didn’t like that I lived “in the country” near them and shot firearms within earshot. So a lawsuit filed by my neighbor has put my freedom and passion for shooting firearms on my own property in jeopardy.

The court ruled in my neighbor's favor, and I was ordered to build a larger berm (bigger than I already built) before I can ever fire in my property again. I have to pay for the construction of the berm the first, then go back in front of the court with a motion to show that I’ve done what they’ve asked me to do. All while obtaining an “expert” to take to court to prove that my range is worthy of being shot on. The plaintiffs were also awarded discretionary cost and court fees to be paid with 45 days. The total cost of the lawsuit has left me with a significant financial burden. Totaling upwards of $7,000 

As a proud advocate for the Second Amendment, I refuse to back down from this fight. I am determined to continue defending my right to practice my passion on my own property, and I need your help to do so. Your contribution will go directly towards covering the court fees and construction costs of a new berm and cost to hire and “Expert” or multiple “Experts” to present to the court.

I am not just fighting for my own rights, but for the rights of all Americans to practice their passions without fear of government intervention. It’s setting a dangerous precedent in Blount Co Tennessee and the surrounding areas that if your neighbor doesn’t like what you do on your property, in the country I might add. (8+ acres of land) Than can sue you into oblivion and strip you of your property rights. Your support will send a powerful message to those who seek to take away our freedoms.
