The American Center for Constitutional Enforcement exists to do what most lawyers and politicians won’t: challenge the government's ASSUMED authority directly—on paper, in court, and backed by the full weight of the written Constitution.

We don’t argue policy. We enforce limits.

We don’t ask for permission. We assert rights.

We don’t exist to play along. We exist to draw the line.
