My baby has been fighting for his life since the very beginning. What should have been days filled with joy quickly turned into fear when he was diagnosed with Necrotizing Enterocolitis, a condition that attacks the intestines of newborns and can become life-threatening in just a short time.

Since then, our world has been inside hospital walls.

Every day, I watch him lying so small and fragile, surrounded by machines that help keep him alive. There are tubes helping him breathe, lines giving him the nutrients his body cannot take on its own, and monitors that never stop beeping reminding me how critical every second is. Sometimes, I just sit beside him, holding his tiny hand, wishing I could take away all his pain.

There are moments when he cries, and I can’t do anything but comfort him and pray. No parent is ever prepared to see their child go through this much suffering so early in life.

The hardest part is that the fight doesn’t stop. Every day comes with new needs medicines, tests, and continuous care just to keep him stable. The costs continue to grow, and we are doing everything we can, but it is becoming too much for us to carry alone.

Right now, we are holding on to hope. Hope that he will recover. Hope that one day, he can leave the hospital and finally experience life outside of it. Hope that he can grow up without pain.

That is why I am humbly asking for your help.
