Thank you for taking the time to read (hospital did not do ultra sound photos and I will add them as soon as I'm able to obtain them). I hope I am able to get enough money for moving expenses and baby essentials. I have specific health issues and have been missing periods for years now. Due to this, I didn't think it was possible for me to have the ability to get pregnant. I've found out, the odds are so slim, I'm still not sure how it happened. The Lord seems to have a funny sense of humor. Unlike my only other pregnancy (10 y/o son with autism), with this one I had 0 symptoms to warn me. No nausea, no morning or all day sickness, no weird cravings, etc. I found out after experiencing a lot of pelvic pain. I went to the emergency room thinking maybe it was the worst and I had a tumor given my health issues, but no, they showed me a baby on the ultra sound screen. Too many emotions. My main one is panic. Panic to get medical care hoping the baby is okay, (which I'm still waiting on because all the hospital could confirm was that she or he has a beating heart, fluid is good, and I appeared to be around 6 months) Having only maximum a few months to prepare has been the scariest part. Especially given the circumstances of already having a tight living situation with a 10 y/o and his dad. We'd been living in a small place in a rough area to try to get back on our feet. My significant other/son's father has had a bout of severe health issues and he's the bread winner. He had to go on medical leave a lot the last year. He's working 1 full time job now, but is unable to work more than 1 job like he did in the past due to health issues. Unfortunately it's typically not possible to survive on 1 income in today's world. This is where we were in our plan, my son just entered public school from home school and I had been looking for work to contribute to be able to afford better living conditions. Now given the circumstances as if pickings weren't already slim, I've been looking for something from home to be able to take care of the baby and make enough money for at least a 2 bedroom apartment until I am able to obtain work physically. In the mean time, I'm incredibly stressed about finding the finances to purchase baby necessities as well as get moved into a place big and safe enough for the 4 of us. It's currently much too small for the 3 of us, let alone 4. Not to mention, I have so many concerns about the current living situation, 1 of which is the cigarette smoke from neighbors getting drawn into the AC in my home potentially causing SIDS. No one in my home smokes and they are allowed to smoke outside despite it being drawn in by my AC. Amongst many other concerns. Thanks again for taking the time to hear about my horrible position. I wanted to be able to figure it out and land a work from home job with enough time before the baby is born, but it's not working out in my favor. I know there are so many people that could use the money and I'm in a sea of many who could really use the help. Genuinely kind of you to help me or anyone on this platform and thank you again.
