Hello,

My name is Jessica Lutze, age 37, and I was born and raised in a small town in Nevada, and still reside. I completed high school and life had its misfortunes in my early 20's. I have two beautiful daughters, ages 15 and 10. I wanted to leave after high school and make a life for myself, but instead made choices that changed my life in the worst of ways. It took me until I was 29 years old to finally get a grip on my life and turn a new leaf. I became certified in Bookkeeping and continued my education at my local college for AAS- Business w/ Accounting Emphasis part-time. I was in a failing marriage that was ticking time bomb. My ex-husband is 31 years older than I. I was diagnosed in 2021 with Sjogren's Syndrome along with other conditions and had the misfortune of prolapsing all of my pelvic organs in 2022 requiring surgery. My ex-husband kicked me out 3 weeks after my surgery and I never looked back. I always depended on a man, or my parents or the occasional friend to support me. I decided I would create the new me, which I'm critical of the new me more so than the old me. I have been on my own raising my youngest daughter, as my oldest daughter stays with my mother. I lived off of my credit cards I had and the interest are me alive. I finally went back to work in 2023, and loved it. I was a cashier at the local grocery store, parts changer at a local auto repair shop. I delivered freight and managed an office at a local transportation/trucking company. I also delivered packages for FedEx Ground, FedEx Express and UPS after losing my job at FedEx Express for an accident. I had been without a job for roughly 4 months when I landed a career position for USPS as a Window Clerk. Not working for so long hurt me financially, and it's only a matter of time before I lose my vehicle and my phone lines. My rent is on the verge of two months behind. My landlord has been accommodating, however he is a business man who is not wanting to continue this much longer. My credit cards went to collection, which is where that's at. I am trying to stay grounded and strong so I can take care of my children and not be financially strained every day. I would love to not worry so much as to whether I will have transportation to work as I live 14 miles from the post office, and we have no bus to shuttle me to work at 4:30a.m. I would greatly appreciate and forever by grateful for any kindness and consideration any help towards saving my car or my phones.
