Hello, my name is Amanda, and I am a single mother to my 4-year-old daughter. I am reaching out for help during a difficult time.

Unfortunately, with the Tornados and 80-100mph winds we had a few days ago my vehicle was covered by a tree that was struck by lightning. The tree completely covered the top of my car and broke my windshield amongst a few other things that aren't covered under the minimal insurance I can afford.

In addition, my vehicle needs an alternator installed. I have already purchased the new alternator, but I still need help covering the labor costs to have it installed.

I live on a very limited monthly income while attending college full-time and raising my daughter on my own. I also have ongoing medical issues that require regular doctor appointments at least every other month, making dependable transportation even more important.

I am doing everything I can to improve our future through education and hard work, but this unexpected expense is more than I can manage right now.

Any contribution, no matter the amount, will help me replace my key fob, get my alternator installed, and restore safe, reliable transportation for my daughter and me. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser with others would mean so much to us, and also a prayer would be appreciated!
