On May 30, 2026, my neighbor who was a ex Pomona California Cherryville Gangbanger with a long history of drugs, violent behavior and criminal activity both on California and Colorado, came to my house and started yelling at and threatening my son who was in our yard. I heard what was going on and came out to video. The threats went on for quite a while when he reached in his pocket pulling something out and yelling he was going to slit my son's throat and rape us as he came onto my property lunging for my son. My son shot once. He died approximately 30 minutes later because no Sheriff's or the Ambulance had shown up. For 11 years we had reported issues with this man and the Sheriff's did nothing most of the time, except threaten us with jail if they had to come out again and tell us we need to move. My son has been arrested for defending me and himself on 1st degree murder. We have received death threats in the courtroom and outside the courthouse both in front of the Sheriffs and they did nothing. There is a paper trail spanning years but was seized when the Sheriff's took our phones and dvr without a search warrant. I am currently couch surfing and sleeping in my truck. I own my home but cannot stay there. I am also in poor health after multiple car accidents and am on disability. Need help getting a motorhome I can stay in, moving and storage costs, and the cost to help pay someone to foster my son's 2 dogs or to board them. I have 2 dogs of my own and can't have 4 dogs with me.
