Dear Friends, 

I cannot shake the deep pull God has placed in my heart for the nation of Peru. For the third time, I will be returning to serve these incredible people and proclaim the life-changing power of the Gospel.

This unique mission trip has been organized by our Missions Director, Ronald Seay. Each year, he leads a team into the mountains surrounding Cusco, Peru, where indigenous people have survived for generations at elevations reaching as high as 17,000 feet. At these extreme heights, sub-zero temperatures are a part of everyday life. With little to no adequate clothing or proper footwear, year after year countless children fall victim to the harsh elements. Many suffer long-term effects from frostbite, while others succumb to the cold and tragically lose their lives. Our mission is to bring blankets, shoes, hats, and gloves—and most importantly, the Gospel—to these precious children and adults.

Last year, we witnessed countless salvations and miracles as we traveled to villages at elevations exceeding 15,000 feet. Even in our short time spent in these mountaintop communities, the reality of daily life became painfully clear. Freezing temperatures, thin air, and extremely limited resources are challenges these people face every single day.

We humbly ask you to consider taking a part in this cause by donating for the expenses it will cost to reach these elevated mountainous regions. All proceeds received will go exclusively to this trip. If additional aid does come in, we will pass it along to our missions director who will apply it to someone else needing funding or to the supplies fund which can run in excess of $5,000 dollars.

Lastly, I would like to thank you for taking time out of your day to consider this cause. Any amount you desire to give will go to furthering the Kingdom of God.
