Is my donation secure?
Yes! All donations are processed securely using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer encryption or SSL.

I think that Campaign is fraudulent!
Please click here to report a suspicious campaign. We recommended that you only donate to the Campaigns that you are familiar with and that you feel confident about.

Is my donation tax deductible?
Donations made on Givesendgo.com are generally not tax-deductible unless you are giving directly to a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization with a government issued EIN Tax ID #. Please consult your own tax adviser on any giving you may do on GiveSendGo.
 
When will  I get the money I've raised?
All funds will be deposited directly into the bank that you specified during your account set up. GiveSendGo does not hold back your money raised. Deposit times vary depending on your banking institution. The amount of money disbursed will be the amount you raise, less processing fees.

What do I need to know about taxes?
Since each situation is different we advise the beneficiary to seek advice from a qualified tax professional or attorney. We do not supply any advice pertaining to Campaign or donor tax implications for giving or receiving money.

GiveSendGo.com is a unique social crowdfunding platform for those living out the heartbeat of God. We believe that everyone from Christian business owners, Missions organizations, Churches, Artists, Missionaries, and individual christians were created by God with a Mission in mind. We are here to help see you succeed. You can use GiveSendGo to GIVE generously, SEND out and inspire Gods Message to the world, or GO yourself on the Mission God has placed in you.
 
Why use GiveSendGo?
First and foremost we believe here at GiveSendGo that the Body of Christ should be a leader in bringing change to our local communities and to our world. GiveSendGo provides a safe and secure way for Christians to live out the Mission projects God has created them for, effectively changing the world faster and more efficiently.
We are not only dedicated to seeing you succeed in your Mission project, but here at GiveSendGo we live out that very Mission ourselves. We give back a portion of our proceeds to Christian Missions organizations, to provide them with the resources they need to fulfill their Mission. While most other crowdfunding websites charge a minimum of 5%, we believe so much in your missions projects that we have decided to take a step of faith and not take any fees for ourselves so that you are better equipped for your mission.  (We are FREE!!)

How does GiveSendGo work?
It’s simple!! Create your personal campaign page, then share with your family and friends. Use social networking to spread the news on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, email, and any other way you can engage potential Givers.
With GiveSendGo, you’ll no longer have the headaches and costs of traditional fundraising, such as direct mail, solicitation calls, and donation boxes – all of which can be costly and time-consuming.

Can someone outside the United States raise funds?
Yes, GiveSendGo is an International website. Anyone with a valid Stripe account can open a campaign.

How much does it cost to raise funds on GiveSendGo?
It is free to create and share your online fundraising campaign. There are no monthly or annual fees charged by GiveSendGo. GiveSendGo does not charge any fees for use of our crowdfunding platform. We allow givers and goers the opportunity to donate to GiveSendGo if they feel lead, but nothing is required!!  Our Payment processor Stripe charges a small processing fee of about 3% which will also be deducted from each donation . Do you provide customer service?
Yes. We understand your campaign is important and can be time sensitive. Click here to send our customer service department  an email and we will get back to promptly.  Or visit our Contact Us Page for more options.
 
Do you help promote fundraising campaigns?
It is the sole responsibility of Campaign owner to promote their mission. However we will help spread your world changing missions through social media and press outreach, as well as on our homepage, in our newsletter, and on our blog.
 

Creating a Campaign 



Can I change my campaign page?
Yes. You can change all the elements of your campaign.

How do I change my campaign?
Just login and click on ‘Your name’ which will take you to your dashboard. You’ll be able to edit the description, summary, pictures, videos and other links.

How do I share my campaign?
Crowdfunding is social media driven.  To have a successful campaign we make sure to provide you with the necessary tools you need to share your campaign through social networks including Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. In addition people who visit your page will have the option to help promote it for you.

Can I create multiple fundraising pages?
Yes, you may create one fundraising page for each campaign.

Is there a limit to how much I can fundraise?
No, it’s completely up to you.

What happens if the goal isn’t reached by the end of the campaign.
Nothing. Your funds are delivered as they are donated. You keep all the funds you've raised.

What happens if my campaign reaches its funding goal before the deadline?
The campaign can still continue raising money and will still accept donations after your goal has been reached.

What if my campaign is coming to an end but I want to continue fundraising?
You can either create a new campaign, or change the end date on your current campaign. Your previous Campaign will remain viewable on the GiveSendGo site. You can also link it to your new fundraising page, so Givers can view the information.

Can I use other fundraising tools at the same time I use GiveSendGo
Of course. We understand that GiveSendGo is one of many tools that can help you with your fundraising efforts.

Can I raise or lower my funding goal?
Yes, at any time during the Campaign. We recommend starting with a lower, more manageable goal. If you reach it early, you can always raise it to encourage more donations and keep up the momentum.

Can I edit my page once it has been published?
Yes. At any point during your Campaign you can edit your description, summary, goal, pictures, etc. When you log in, click on ‘my Campaign' to access your dashboard. Click on the edit button to edit Campaign details or the gallery tab for pictures or media.
  
Do you archive my fundraising materials?
Yes. All the documents, images, and videos you post will be automatically archived.

How and when do I receive my funds?
All funds will be deposited directly into your bank account through our stripe processor. GiveSendGo does not hold back your money raised. Deposit times vary depending on your banking institution. What is Stripe?
Stripe is our chosen payment processing company. It is used by millions of people around the world and is known to be among the safest and securest payment platforms. Stripe enable users to pay, send, and receive payments all while keeping your financial information hidden. See more at www.stripe.com

How do Stripe fees work?
There is no charge to sign up for your Stripe account. Stripe only charges a small fee for processing each payment you receive.

Can people contribute anonymously?
Yes, contributors can choose to make their identity anonymous to the public.

How will I know when people donate?
We will send you an email each time a Giver donates to your campaign. After you receive the email, you should see the new donation appear in your stripe account and campaign account.

Can  personalized thank you notes and letters be sent to Givers?
You can Customize a thank you note or use the one GiveSendGo has, but either way a Thank you will be sent to each of your Givers.   We also recommend acknowledging your givers with a big THANK YOU on your social media pages. It keeps your campaign in the forefront of everyones mind and shows your gratitude in a public place.

What are the Tax implications on money raised?
Each campaign, person and cause  is different, so we advise the Campaign owner to seek advice from a qualified tax professional or attorney.

Which currencies do you support?
As of now GiveSendGo operates in US Dollars. The campaigns are set up to calculate the US dollar and track in that currency. However you can connect a bank account in any of these international locations. (*Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and United States)

Are donations refundable?
Due to the fact that all contributions are immediately disbursed to Campaign owners bank accounts refunds are not possible,

Can I make a donation without being a member of Stripe?
Yes. You can donate with your credit card as a Guest on Stripe (no Stripe account required).

Are Campaigns verified to make sure they are legitimate?
The GiveSendGo team works closely with all the Campaigns on our site. If suspicion is raised, we will always request more information. If we detect a problem, the Campaign is removed and barred from the site.
GiveSendGo is dedicated to helping one another in whatever mission God has called them. As a result, our users watch for and flag posts they think are questionable. But, despite our best efforts, we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of each Campaign.

I forgot my password. What do I do?
No problem!  Just click on 'I forgot my password' when you go to login.  We'll email you a temporary password which you can follow the steps to  reset. You can also email us for help at info@GiveSendGo.com.

Does GiveSendGo share my personal information?
GiveSendGo is committed to your privacy.  We will not share, sell or otherwise spread any of the personal information you give us.
