Have you seen the news lately? Washington, D.C., needs the presence of God. We need Him to move in our government and in our country.

The worship ministry I'm a part of, Burn, is hosting an all-day worship event in their prayer house, which is in close proximity to the U.S. Capitol. Psalm 22:3 says, "But You are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel." God is enthroned on the praises of His people, and we believe that by worshiping Him, He will be enthroned over the place of worship. We have seen many miracles and salvations happen just in an atmosphere of worship. The prayer house is also close enough to the Capitol that congressmen and others have stopped by to worship and pray. This is why we are gathering on May 15, to worship and invite the Lord into our midst, right in the heart of the capitol.

I have been invited to play violin with one of the teams leading worship in this all-day event, but I will need help getting there. $200 will be enough to cover my flight and a place to stay during my short trip to D.C. Anything, great or small, is greatly appreciated and will really help me.
