This is an update to our original request: We have received a generous offer to do repairs at a deeply discounted rate, for which I am very thankful and grateful. The estimate includes roof replacement, insulation in the crawl space, and hot water tank, which just went out a few days ago.


I will also be following up on a grant possibly I learned about today.
