There’s something about certain places that just stays with you long after you leave.

For me, that place is Ronald McDonald House.

When I volunteered there serving meals, I expected it to simply be a day of helping out. But it became so much more than that. I saw families in the middle of incredibly hard seasons still showing up with strength. I saw kids laughing at the table, even when life outside those doors was uncertain. And I left that day deeply moved.

That experience never really left my heart.

So, I’m doing a book drive for Ronald McDonald House. 📚

All funds collected will go towards purchasing books from PaperPie at a 50% match and go directly to children being served by the House for the upcoming school year—something small that can bring comfort, imagination, and a little bit of “normal” into a very not-so-normal time in their lives.

Because if there’s one thing I know, it’s that stories matter. Books matter. And sometimes a simple book can be a quiet kind of hope.
