🌟 **Our Journey Together**

Hey there! I'm Sherry, Rich’s wife, and today I'm reaching out to you with a heavy heart. We find ourselves in an incredibly challenging time as we fight the battle against lung cancer – one of the most daunting diseases known to man. 🌌

It all began when Rich was diagnosed. The shock hit us like a ton of bricks, but our spirits were lifted by the knowledge that his treatment could give him a fighting chance at life. However, as you can imagine, battling cancer is an expensive war – one we're struggling to fund due to the high cost of treatments and the fact that Rich isn’t able to work full-time anymore because of his condition. 😥

And here we are today – unable to keep up with our rent and medical payments, despite receiving some state aid. We're doing everything possible, but the costs just seem insurmountable at times. 📉

What keeps us going every day as we fight this battle together is our family, friends and neighbors. And it's why I believe in you – yes, YOU – the incredible community of kind souls who are reading these words right now. 🙏

You see, Rich is a fighter, and so are his family members. We’ve had our share of heartaches over the past few years, but we never lose sight of what's important: each other and fighting to stay alive against all odds! And that’s why we need your help. 💪
