I’m stepping into something I can’t ignore anymore... Over the past few years, I’ve seen how many women—especially over 40—are quietly struggling. Not just with weight or energy, but with something deeper:

• Feeling disconnected from their bodies

• Losing confidence in who they are

• Constant fatigue, frustration, and discouragement

• Doing “all the right things”… and nothing works

And if I’m honest—I’ve felt parts of that too.

But I don’t believe we were created to live stuck, exhausted, or defeated.

I believe we are called to steward our bodies well, live with strength, and walk confidently in who God created us to be.

That’s why I’m pursuing certification through Revelation Wellness, and starting a faith based coaching program called Arise & Restore.

This training, and ultimately the program, goes far beyond fitness.

It integrates:

• Faith

• Nutrition

• Movement

• Identity in Christ

So, I can help women not just change their bodies—but rebuild their strength, restore their identity, and reconnect with God’s design for their lives.

Why I’m Asking for Support

The total cost of training is $3,200.

I’m stepping out in faith to pursue this—and inviting others to be part of what this will become. This isn’t just about getting certified. This is about building something that will help women who feel:
