Mogle our dog needs vet help

Mogle has been sick and hasn't left his kennel for months. We clean it daily and provide fresh food and water that he rarely eats. He needs to be seen by a vet but I just don't have the money. He was left by my roommate so now I'm stuck with the burden of getting him well and taking care of him. He is a male chiwawa.
