Pam and Bob Fastner are facing medical challenges right now. Bob has bone marrow cancer, and is going through chemotherapy treatment awaiting a comparable donor for a transplant. Once the transplant begins, he will need to stay in the hospital for one month. Each time he goes to the clinic for blood and/or platelet infusions, there are co-pays. He has had several biopsies to keep track of the progression of the cancer in his bones. Bob and Pam are both retired, and are living on a fixed income. Obviously, the medical care and treatment is expensive, so any help received would be greatly appreciated.
