The DHS Tear Gas Contamination

Since June 2025, our building has been contaminated by tear gas deployed by DHS agents. This is a recurring nightmare; management failed to disclose the 2018, 2020, and 2021 contamination when I moved in. While a lawsuit was filed to address this, management’s attorneys fought to exclude me specifically, claiming my concerns about habitability and contamination were "irrelevant" and a "collateral dispute." I am fighting to prove that I am not collateral damage.

Exploitation and ADA Violations

Since May 2023, Reach has collected my Social Security award letter, using it to secure tax credits and profit from this property. They were happy to use my disability for their financial gain, but now they are demanding "extra" third-party ADA verification from me—and only me. This is targeted harassment designed to isolate me while they continue to exclude 95.7% of the residents from the protections they deserve. My ADA rights are not a "dispute"—they are the law.
