Hello my name is James. I'm a homeless person living in a shelter in Corpus Christi Texas. Unfortunately my mother is in a nursing home and is suffering from dementia. I haven't been able to go visit her in months and funds are non-existent. I have been looking for a job for months following every lead I can possibly find. Unfortunately I have been unable to find one and this is my last hope. I want to go see her before she does not remember me anymore. My father passed away last year and she had to be placed in a skilled nursing facility because without my Dad, she can't take care of herself. Life has been tough. The proceeds from this campaign will go towards a bus ticket to go see my mother. A hotel for 2 nights and my food while I am there.
