What can be said? I’m still searching for a way to understand. Donavan wasn’t just some guy, he wasn’t just another person in your day to day passings. He was a real brother, an uncle, a son, a BEST friend to many people. Rarely was there anyone who wouldn’t have all but good to say about a large man who was larger than life itself!

His earthly being is gone far too early, but his passions don’t have to be.

Donavan was extremely passionate about his bourbon, cigars and Dogs Inc.

We would like as many that could to join us in honoring him and creating a legacy left behind with his name strongly attached to it.

Donovan was very passionate about the missions I’ll be explaining next.

For anyone who doesn’t know, Dogs Inc is a non profit organization that raises guide dogs for those in need and Donavan was very excited about their mission, particularly involving guide dogs for Veterans. He was actively involved in a cigar club named the Ohio Cigar Mafia whose sole mission is to enjoy cigars, bourbon and most importantly support Dogs Inc with veterans guide dog services.

That being said, the goal in this fundraiser is to bring awareness to Dogs Inc and raise as much funds as possible to donate to them in Donavans honor, and to create a legacy that started with one man’s vision to support in any way he could.

All proceeds will be presented to Dogs Inc on Saturday August 8th during his celebration of life at The Pipe Rack where he loved working.
