As many of you know, our family recently lost a very special, kind, and loving man, Jeff Dwyer, to a fatal motor cycle accident. Jeffrey was our father, my mother's soul mate, and an incredible pop-pop to his grand children. Jeff had been battling his demons for years, just like you and I. The Lord has taught me, however, that a person's struggles do not define their love for the Lord, and it certainly does not define the Lord's love for them. Jeffrey loved his Lord, and the Lord loved him even more. My soul is content knowing that my dad is more alive then ever in a place where he will never more suffer, cry, hurt, or be tempted. My soul is joyous knowing that he is finally completely restored and healed with his Heavenly father in Heaven. However, as much peace as that may give, we who are left on this earth still feel the heartache of his death and the endure the painful process of grief. When you lose someone you love dearly, as many of you understand, not only are you battling your raging emotions and thoughts in hopes to heal, but you are also faced with financial burdens. My mother, Lisa Dwyer, is now feeding and housing our family of seven all on one income. She is left to pay for all of our expenses and bills alone. Jeff always told my mom that he would always work the most he could so that she would never have to pay all the bills alone. As if the pain of losing her spouse does not sting enough, she now is left with the fear of not being able to maintain her financial stability. I am here today to ask, out of the kindness of your heart, to donate money to our family to help cover our essentials. We have been showered in love since Jeffrey's death, and we could not be anymore grateful. Many of you have asked us personally how you could be a help to our family. This is a very important way, and we do need your help. We have been praying for financial coverage from the Lord. I, along with three elders from my church, have prayed immensely about this page and He told us to "take care of the widow" (James 1:27). Out of obedience of the Lord's directions, and out of the bottom of my heart, I am here to help support my family by asking for your donations. God is faithful and I am excited to see the testimony He gives by showering blessings upon my family and our community during this extremely devastating time. I thank you all for your love, and even for taking the time to visit this page. I hope you know how much the Lord loves you, and the power of Jesus's saving grace. God bless all of you.
