🌟💔 When Kimmie, my sister was diagnosed with stage 2 locally advanced cervical cancer, our world came to a screeching halt. It's hard to hear this news and focus on the future, Kim is a fighter and is ready to tackle this journey with courage, strength, faith and her family and friends to help and encourage her through all of it. As her sister my hope is to ease some struggles financially and help with a course of action in comfort and help in the days ahead. Help with overnight visits at an apartment she will be staying in and help with daily rides to and from the cancer center at UC Davis. As we are currently planning for the future, this journey ahead moving forward with treatment came as a bit of a shock for what Kim is about to endure. This has been explained to us as a bit more of an aggressive treatment than we had originally realized. This battle seems scary and tough, with that said my sister has an amazing medical team walking her through this, literally step by step. The shock still lingers, but so does the unwavering support we all feel towards her. She is ready to fight this battle! With that said as her sister (Melissa) i need all your help! We understand that with a difficult economy and life pressures of supporting your own families we appreciate any and all forms of support. The main thing we can hope and ask for is prayer, praying to our heavenly father for strength, endurance and guidance in the days ahead and for her medical team as well.

As my sister is now facing an uphill battle that requires more than just emotional strength. She's going to need financial help too – from helping cover lost wages due to not being able to work for up to six months, to funding food costs while living away from home, gas for daily trips to the hospital... every bit of support helps. We could also use your support with visits, company during chemo treatments and help with meals. Also most importantly your prayers, that means everything!!!

This crowdfunding campaign is more than just numbers and dollars; it's a lifeline for my sister during her toughest times. It's about keeping hope alive when everything seems blurred, proving that humanity still thrives through moments of need and compassion. Your support could mean ensuring she has enough comfort and snacks during her treatments and reducing some stress from her journey towards recovery. Her treatments consist of 5 days a week of radiation and one day a week of 6 hour chemotherapy treatments and at the end of her treatment a 5 day whopper of internal epidural and anesthesia led radiation treatment. An intense procedure that will be an all day procedure. She will be able to have visitor during chemo treatments and visitors after procedures if she is up for it. Please be praying for her during this journey and for the Lord to provide for her every need. Once we have exact dates in the next week i will upload a calendar for help.
