Family Battling stage 3 Kidney Disease

My name is [James Davis], and

On February 5, 2026, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Kidney Disease. Since that day, I have not been able to work, and everything has slowly begun falling behind financially.

I am a proud and loving father trying to hold together a household of 3 children and my mental challengedbrother after the loss of our mother four years ago. We have already been through so much as a family, and I have always done everything I could to make sure everyone was taken care of. But this illness has changed everything.

I am currently struggling to keep up with:

1. House taxes
2. Utility bills
3. User fees
4. Insurance
5. Basic household expenses
6. Daily needs for my children and family

I have five children:

1. My oldest son is 19 years old and currently in school in Arizona
2. My daughter is 15
3. My younger daughters are 8 and 7
4. My youngest son is 5 years old

Our home has been in our family for 15 years, and right now we are facing the possibility of losing it because I have not been able to work due to my condition.

This home is more than just a house to us. It is the one place that has kept our family together through loss, hardship, and life’s struggles. At this point, all we truly have is each other.
