I never imagined I would be in a position where something as simple as beds would stand between me and continuing to care for my grandchildren, but right now, that’s my reality.

I am in the process of renewing my guardianship, and one of the requirements is that they each have a proper place to sleep. I want nothing more than to continue providing them with a safe, stable home, but due to the limited space in my apartment, two regular beds simply will not fit.

I’ve been trying to find a solution that works for our space, and two futons would allow me to meet the requirement while still giving them each a comfortable place to sleep. Unfortunately, I’m not in a financial position to afford them on my own right now.

This isn’t just about furniture, it’s about keeping my grandchildren in a home where they are loved, safe, and cared for. I am doing everything I can, but I need a little help to make this happen in time.
