Violently arrested and incarcerated for

Simply a accusation and kept incarcerated intentionally so all my belongings could be vandelized, pawned, sold and just kept for personal use. Dodge ram truck, 22 ft camper, Polaris 1000 ATV and thousands in tools and mining equipment and chemicals.

Simple greed and evil as I am injured and 70 years old just giving help and being taken for weakness.

I have worked my 50+ years and traveled around the country, I settled in Colorado for my retirement, it took a couple years, but I got together a camper, truck, and ATV to boondock around the mountains prospecting, fishing, and helping others. My dog Bandit was raised here and is a brother to me and a good helper.

This is my plan, that and we bought 5 acres to retreat to now and then to maybe build a little a frame. I lost it while incarcerated, but still my plan. 

After over a month I was finally able to bond out of jail at over $1000 for the second time and trying to get my belongings I found everything destroyed or gone and nothing I can do nothing about it. Still cannot even try with court orders they somehow got in place.

Unfortunately I was injured where I was when this happened and now am scheduling surgery on one of two rotator cuffs Monday. The recovery from just one is 9 months plus. I have been in constant chronic pain for over two months one in incarcerated and acute pain in every movement and only getting worse.

We are currently living in a borrowed truck in the national Forest a day at a time. I cannot afford a motel or anything on SSI at this point

This funding will first get me a used truck, it will help me get a shelter and a place to recover from surgery. We still plan to travel around boondocking and we like meeting people and sharing life experiences, we always find ones in need and doing something for others.

This funding will help us replace our camper, our choice rather than $2000 a month apartment or cabin. This is crucial at the moment for my recovery. We have our plan. It will also make it possible to look around and get another piece of land to build on.
