I’m a 42 year old recently divorced father of 4. I was with my ex for almost 20 years and was the primary caregiver to our children the entire time. While I worked during this time for the last 6-7 years I was a stay at home dad after COVID. I recently got divorced and was left with absolutely nothing no home, no car, no money, nothing except for a bag of clothes. I want to be there for my kids and be able to provide for them but with the situation I find myself in it feels impossible. I’ve never asked anyone for anything like this but I’m feeling desperate and need any help I can get. I would use the money for a car, to get an apartment, and to try and start my life over while I look for work. I just want to make a new life where I can support my kids and have a safe place for them to come and spend time with me.
