We are a South African family currently facing one of the most important and challenging decisions of our lives. After much prayer, guidance, and careful consideration, we have begun the process of relocating through the World Church Service refugee program.

This step has not been taken lightly. It comes from a place of deep responsibility as parents, wanting to provide our children with a safer environment, greater stability, and the opportunity to grow up with hope and security for the future.

Through this program, we have been given a structured pathway toward rebuilding our lives in a place where we can live, work, and contribute meaningfully. We see this not only as a relocation, but as a chance to restore stability, dignity, and purpose for our family.

However, while the opportunity is real, there are still significant financial requirements that we must meet in order to complete the process. These include:

• Travel and relocation costs
• Documentation and administrative fees
• Initial accommodation and settlement expenses
• Basic living needs during the transition period

We are doing everything we can on our side—working, planning, and making sacrifices—but we are unable to meet these costs alone within the required timeframe.

That is why we are reaching out.
