My name is Charles Waller. I am 59 years of age. I live with my wife of 19 years, Valerie Waller and my beautiful granddaughter, Wisdom.

I have been admitted to Graduate School at the University of Memphis for fall 2026.

I am seeking to earn a graduate certificate in Real Estate which requires 12 hours of coursework.

I saw myself in a dream owning commercial real estate like luxurious town houses and office buildings.

I believe that this dream was sent by God.

I am beginning my journey by seeking a proper education. I am presently on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay for my education, but I believe that with God all things the possible.

My wife and I take care of my little granddaughter. We have had her for 5 years now. Granddaddy wants to do great things or his little girl.
